Let’s Introduce You to Some New Faces at Landcore

We’re thrilled to introduce you to our newest team members at Landcore, each bringing a unique blend of skills, experiences, and passions to our dynamic work environment. Let’s dive into getting to know Chris MacIntyre, Alex Kreppel, and Chris Cesar a bit better.

Chris MacIntyre -Senior Civil Designer

Chris joins us with a background in General Engineering Technology from Temple University. His love for land development stems from the challenge of transforming client ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces within site constraints. Chris brings a wealth of adaptability, having navigated various roles within design teams, from CAD Operator to Lead Designer. This adaptability allows him to seamlessly fill multiple roles as projects progress, ensuring a well-rounded approach to engineering.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys family time with his wife and two children, indulging in hobbies like playing guitar, woodworking, and table-top board gaming.

The opportunity to join this group of outstanding individuals at Landcore has completely rejuvenated my personal outlook on the engineering process.  I am one who needs to keep learning and feeling like I am progressing in my skills and not stagnating.  The prospect that Landcore is continually advancing and striving to get better, feeds into my desire to learn and acquire new techniques.

Alex Kreppel – Civil Designer

Originally from southern Maryland, Alex moved to Pennsylvania to be closer to family, bringing with him five years of experience in land development design and permitting. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering, Alex finds fulfillment in providing communities with beneficial uses through land development projects. He values teamwork and respect, always keeping the team’s goals in focus while fostering strong relationships.

When he’s not immersed in engineering, Alex is a diehard Philly sports fan and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

I’m thrilled to join the passionate team at Landcore and am looking forward to the opportunity to work with the respected professionals here. I’m excited to lean on my experience in land development design and permitting while learning from top-notch engineers here at Landcore.

Chris Villarreal Cesar – Civil Designer and CAD

Chris brings a blend of civil engineering and architecture expertise from New Jersey Institute of Technology to Landcore. His passion for land development lies in shaping communities and creating spaces that improve lives, blending functionality with aesthetics. Chris prides himself on his dedication to quality, ambition for growth, and drive to innovate, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and tennis with his family.

Working at Landcore, a fully remote company, has been a transformative experience for me. It has not only enriched my life and expanded my skills but has also played a pivotal role in my achievements. As an enthusiastic member of our team, I witness firsthand our shared dedication to growth – both as a business and as a closely-knit unit. We are continually pushing boundaries, seeking improvement, and fostering innovation, leveraging the diverse expertise of each team member. It’s immensely gratifying to be part of a company that resonates with my aspirations and values.
