Project Overview
Assist Wawa with the redevelopment of the Sears Auto Center pad, in the Whitehall Mall, to replace the old Sears with a new Wawa Convenience Store and fuel canopy. Landcore assisted with overall project management (i.e. master schedule and budget) and obtaining all project Land Development and outside agency approvals.
