Project Overview
Vineland Construction Co. brought Landcore to the team as part of their masterplan for revitalizing the Vineland area. This particular redevelopments’ purpose was to create a 2-tenant building to house retail tenants. The development had a four-month turnaround time for approvals, allowing all other facets of the project to progress smoothly. This project, through both the architecture and site design represented a significant enhancement to this prominent corner in Vineland.
