Project Overview
Proposed 12 unit Townhouse development on 1.25 Acres. Units are rear-loaded off a common alley and off-site drainage improvements to township roadway was included in projects scope of work to provide an outfall location so site drainage. Project required zoning variances for use/density and front yard setbacks to facilitate redevelopment of the property.
