Project Overview
This redevelopment involved the transformation of a partially abandoned industrial site into a climate-controlled self-storage facility. The project needed site cleanup due to historic site contamination and required zoning relief to permit the redevelopment. Landcore also assisted this client with enhanced streetscape and curb appeal via landscape improvements along the entire property frontage.
