Project Overview
Proposed redevelopment of existing Larchmont Commons shopping center to add a 3 tenant pad site building within an underutilized portion of the parking lot. Site provided an end-cap drive thru coffee shop and two additional tenant spaces with dedicated loading and trash alley to support the pad site. Site was designed to preserve all existing parking surrounding the pad site while improving vehicular circulation in the parking areas adjacent to the pad site redevelopment.
