Project Overview
Our team took on the challenge of developing a 144,040-sf warehouse facility on a vacant manufacturing property situated in an active sinkhole region. Despite facing challenging topography, karst geology, and complex regional stormwater management issues, we were able to maximize the potential of the site.
We developed a comprehensive site plan that addressed legacy offsite stormwater discharges and ensured the basin in which the discharge would run was appropriately sized, We ensured the emergency spillway avoided encroaching on PennDot right of way.
