Project Overview
For this project, we designed the 4.12-acre site to be integrated into the existing industrial park. The project included the design and permitting of a 42,050-sf warehouse. Our design team had to work creatively with the topography and drainage of the site to ensure earthwork balancing while still meeting stormwater regulatory requirements.
