3. Design & Permitting

With clear communication and status updates and deep local expertise, we work to keep momentum strong and surprises to a minimum.

Outcome: Approvals secured with efficiency, focus and foresight.

4. Pre-Construction Alignment

Align the team, perfect the plans, and prevent costly surprises.

Success in construction starts here. We bring the architect, consultants, and contractor into lockstep, address conditions of approval, and deliver a coordinated, construction-ready plan. Investing in alignment now saves significant time, money and headaches later.

5. Construction SUPPORT

Protect your investment, stay compliant, and close out with confidence.

As your project is being constructed, Landcore stays by your side to:

  • Review Submittals / Change Orders / RFI’s
  • Observe and Document key site/stormwater installations for compliance
  • Provide As-Builts and Certifications for close-out of permits.

Deliverable(s): As-built plans + Certifications + Permit Termination.

Outcome: Successful transition to operational mode – permits closed, compliance achieved, value delivered.
