May 2011 - West Pemberton Solar gains approvals from Pemberton, NJ township officials for a utility scale solar facility. LANDCORE provided full site design and permitting services for the 60-acre ground-mounted, utility-scale solar facility.
March 2011 - Grand Opening occurs for Wal-Mart Supercenter located in the Tilden Ridge Shopping Center in Tilden Township, Berks County, PA. LANDCORE provided full site design and permitting services for the retailer and overall site developer.
March 2011 - Philadelphia City Planning Commission approved zoning permit for a proposed Social Security Building in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. LANDCORE provided full site design and permitting services for this redevelopment project.
December 2010 - LANDCORE provides substantial monetary contribution to an Engineers Without Borders project which will provide a well and water distribution system to a rural community in the Philippines. Matt Rutt, president of LANDCORE has personally invested significant time and effort as an integral part of the project team. Engineers Without Borders is a non-profit organization which provides engineering expertise to solve infrastructure problems in developing countries.

October 2010 - Matthew Rutt, PE, president of LANDCORE, has attained CDP certification. CDP denotes “Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional” and is received after successful completion of comprehensive testing. September 2010 - LANDCORE is pleased to announce that Brian Meyers, PE (Sr. Project Manager) has acquired his CPESC certification. CPESC, which stands for “Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control”, is a certification gained through intensive examination and review of an individual's expertise relative to Erosion and Sediment Control.
