| LANDCORE Engineering Consultants, PC is a civil engineering consulting firm servicing the private
land development market. LANDCORE was founded by Matthew Rutt, PE
with the mission of providing this market sector with a skilled and knowledgeable
partner in the ever-changing and ever-challenging land development process.
Mr. Rutt, a graduate of Lafayette College, has spent his entire career
in the land development field in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has gained
a reputation for unsurpassed client service and the aggressive management
of challenging projects. These traits are witnessed by his ability
to satisfy some of the industry’s most discerning clients. With the
founding of LANDCORE, Mr. Rutt set out to build a team of talented professionals
that share his commitment to quality and client service. Mr. Rutt has succeeded
in this goal as witnessed by LANDCORE’s experienced and talented staff.
LANDCORE incorporates a “partnership” mind-set to land development projects
as opposed to a strictly engineering approach. This involves gaining
a deep understanding of the Client’s objectives and constraints.
Success in this regard is not simply the efficient and profitable production
of engineering plans and documents, but also ensuring that such plans and
documents represent the most cost-effective and desirable development scheme
for the Client. It is this approach that brings a value-added sense
of satisfaction to LANDCORE Clients.
LANDCORE is poised to service Clients throughout the Pennsylvania, New
Jersey, Maryland and Delaware region in the commercial, residential and
industrial markets.
In addition to Client service, LANDCORE firmly believes in its responsibility
to give back to our community and socially-responsible organizations through
our annual monetary donations. LANDCORE dedicates a percentage of corporate pre-tax profits each year to charitable organizations as selected by
management as well as our employees. Most recently, LANDCORE has
made substantial donations to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
as well as UNICEF. |
